PROBLEM SOLVING
Most questions and concerns in Head Start are solved through open communications. Every effort is made to find out all the facts before making a judgment.
First ask your questions and concerns of the individuals who are directly involved. If your questions are not answered in these communications, call the Head Start office and ask to speak to the Child Service Manager. The Child Service Manager will respond. If you are dissatisfied with the response from the Child Service Manager, you may appeal by calling or writing the Head Start Director. The Head Start Director will respond. If you remain dissatisfied with the response received, you may appeal to the Executive Director, who will consider your concern and take the necessary action.
